You will be joining a forward-thinking organization that operates at the intersection of technology, media, and e-commerce. Our culture is built on a foundation of collaboration, creative excellence, and continuous learning. We empower our team members to take ownership of their work and make a tangible impact. Your Impact as a Production Artist
- Prepare, package, and pre-flight a high volume of design files for both print and digital applications, guaranteeing they meet precise technical specifications.
- Execute precise and systematic revisions to artwork based on feedback from senior designers and art directors, maintaining version control and impeccable organization.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality control, scrutinizing every detail from typography and layout to color profiles (CMYK, RGB, Pantone) and image resolution.
- Collaborate closely and effectively with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and navigate production timelines.
- Maintain and organize our digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring all creative assets are correctly tagged, archived, and readily accessible for the team.
- Research and document production specifications from various vendors and platforms—from commercial printers to social media platforms—to create flawless mechanicals and templates.
- Support the creation of a wide array of assets, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, e-commerce assets, packaging, and presentations.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential production issues before they become problems, demonstrating a keen eye for potential inconsistencies or errors.

What You'll Bring to the Table

- Foundational experience in a production art role (internships or freelance projects are a great start) with a portfolio that showcases your technical skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), enabling you to provide clear updates and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
- A problem-solving mindset and the adaptability to learn new software, tools (like Figma or project management systems), and workflows as needed.
