Junior Product Tester | QA Position

Your Core Responsibilities
- Execute detailed test cases - both manual and scripted - to rigorously verify product functionality against design specifications and user requirements.
- Proactively identify, isolate, and meticulously document defects and usability issues in our bug tracking system (such as Jira or a similar platform).
- Collaborate closely and effectively with development, design, and product management teams to communicate findings and ensure a shared understanding of every issue.
- Contribute to the creation and perpetual maintenance of our comprehensive test documentation, which includes test plans, test scripts, and summary reports.
- Perform various forms of testing, such as functional, performance, usability, and regression testing, across a diverse range of platforms (web, mobile, desktop) and devices.
- Validate bug fixes and product enhancements to confirm they meet our high-quality standards... without introducing new regressions.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on product usability and the overall user experience (UX), acting as the voice of the customer.
- Maintain detailed and organized logs of all testing activities, ensuring a clear and complete audit trail for product development cycles.
What You Bring to the Team
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- An insatiable curiosity and a methodical approach to problem-solving - you genuinely enjoy investigating *why* things break and how they can be improved.
- Exceptional attention to detail; you possess a keen eye for spotting subtle inconsistencies, graphical imperfections, and logical flaws that others might overlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a distinct ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A foundational understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the critical role that Quality Assurance plays within agile and waterfall methodologies.
- An undeniable eagerness to learn and adapt to new testing protocols, tools (like TestRail or Confluence), and emerging technologies in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
- Previous experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) or test case management software is a significant plus, but a passion for quality is the true prerequisite.
