We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our motion design products and services. Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for motion design tools and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Help prioritize features and tasks based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and specifications.
  • Monitor product performance and provide actionable insights to optimize user experience.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field (internships included).
  • Strong interest in motion design, animation, or creative technology.
  • Basic understanding of product management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., After Effects, Figma) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a creative agency or design-focused company.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
