Junior Product Designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Product Designer to join our international telecommunications team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly interfaces and enhance the overall user experience of our products. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and assisting in the development of design guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
