Junior Product Designer

Company is developing an e-commerce solution, so as part of our growing design team, you will collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD.
• Participate in user research, including usability testing, surveys, and competitor analysis, to inform design decisions.
• Support senior designers in refining design systems, maintaining consistency in typography, colors, and components.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and provide design QA feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and stakeholder input.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops.
• Prepare and present design solutions to internal teams.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in product design (internships or freelance work included).
• Portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects (wireframes, prototypes, final designs).
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (Figma preferred).
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based workflows.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
• Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Will be nice to have:

• Experience with motion design (After Effects, Principle).
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (not required but beneficial).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
