Junior Product Designer (Packaging & Branding)

Company is looking for a Junior Product Designer to join a small team working on a limited edition packaging project for a high-end tea brand. The goal is to create visually striking and eco-friendly packaging that reflects the artisanal quality of the product while appealing to a premium customer base.

You will help with: 

– Designing packaging concepts that align with the brand’s identity and values.

– Material selection, labeling, and designing the packaging layout.

– Mockups and prototypes for review and approval.

Requirements:

– Basic knowledge of graphic design tools.

– A portfolio showing any related design work (personal, academic, or freelance projects).

– Ability to take feedback and iterate designs quickly.

– Good understanding of typography, color theory, and branding principles.

It's a full-time position in Milan, Italy.
