Role Overview: As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of different projects. This role is perfect for someone who is excited to learn, grow, and contribute to the development of high-performing teams. You will work closely with experienced team members, gaining valuable hands-on experience while helping to build and manage strong project teams. This role is ideal for someone just starting out or looking to build their skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in figuring out what the project needs to achieve, including the timeline and key deliverables.
  • Keep the team and stakeholders informed about how the project is going, including any challenges or delays.
  • Help break the project into smaller tasks and make sure they get done on time by the right people.
  • Support the team in understanding and following the quality standards and rules for each project.
  • Assist in creating and tracking project budgets to make sure the project doesn’t go over budget.
  • Work with the team to ensure the project is done well and meets the required quality standards.
  • Document what’s happening with the project and create simple reports to show how things are going.


Key Requirements:

  • A strong desire to learn and grow in project management.
  • Ability to ask questions, and update team members or stakeholders on progress.
  • Ability to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and important details.
  • Open to learning new tools, techniques, and processes to improve project management skills.
  • Comfortable using software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools (like Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Any experience in a similar role, internships, or school projects related to project management will be a plus.
