Your Daily Impact  

– Organize digital and physical files, ensuring every document is labeled, stored, and retrievable within seconds.  

– Enter, verify, and update large data sets in spreadsheets and cloud databases with 99.9 % accuracy.  

– Answer multi-line phones, route calls, and resolve first-line inquiries while maintaining courteous professionalism.  

– Schedule meetings, track calendar changes, and coordinate virtual conference rooms for cross-functional teams.  

– Prepare outgoing and incoming mail, including FedEx and USPS labeling, logs, and delivery confirmation.  

– Monitor supply levels, place replenishment orders, and keep inventory reports current.  

– Support managers with meeting minutes, travel itineraries, and expense report preparation.  

– Collaborate with remote colleagues in different time zones using Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom.  


Essential Skills  

– 0-2 years of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience.  

– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.  

– Minimum typing speed: 50 WPM with high accuracy.  

– Fluency in English grammar, spelling, and business email etiquette.  

– Strong organizational habits and the agility to switch between tasks without losing focus.  

– Proven problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask clarifying questions.  

– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.  


Preferred Extras  

– Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or SAP.  

– Experience supporting remote or hybrid workforces.  

– Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for basic reporting.  

– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
