A company in the beauty and wellness industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services is looking for Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support (scheduling, correspondence, filing, etc.).
- Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and vendor relations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and beauty-related promotions.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient office environment.
- Collaborate with marketing/sales teams on administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
- Interest in the beauty/wellness industry is a plus!
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
