Junior Office Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Steer daily front-office operations and greet callers with a polished, professional tone.
- Orchestrate executive and team calendars—anticipate conflicts, craft agendas, send reminders.
- Maintain digital and physical records; enforce consistent naming conventions.
- Oversee supply inventory. Analyze usage trends, place timely orders, reconcile invoices.
- Prepare reports in Excel and Google Sheets, visualizing data for quick insights.
- Draft, proofread, and route correspondence across departments.
- Assist with virtual or in-person events—room booking, catering, attendee logistics.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding by assembling welcome kits and granting system access.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 0-2 years in office coordination, receptionist, or customer support roles.

- Data-entry accuracy ≥ 98 %; typing speed 50 wpm or higher.
- Clear written and verbal communication—comfortable drafting executive-level emails.
