Junior Office Coordinator | Administrative Support Role

Core Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications with professionalism and courtesy.
- Expertly manage calendars, including scheduling a high volume of internal and external meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate all office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, anticipating needs and placing orders to ensure resources are always available.
- Handle correspondence, including sorting mail, drafting professional emails, and preparing documents or presentations as needed.
- Support accurate data entry and the maintenance of crucial company records and databases.
- Plan and execute in-house or off-site activities, like team-building events, celebrations, and conferences.
- Provide direct administrative support to our staff and leadership team, assisting with various projects and tasks to enhance productivity.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
