Junior Office Assistant
Tech Startup is looking for a specialist for the position - junior office assistant.
Product: Cutting-edge AI software solutions for business automation and workflow optimization.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in managing office supplies and ensuring the workspace is well-maintained.
– Help schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and coordinate with external visitors.
– Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and mail for the office.
– Support team members with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and data entry.
– Assist HR and Finance departments with employee paperwork and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements:
– Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
– Prior office experience is a plus but not required.
