Your Impact as a Junior Office Administrator

- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, managing correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.

- Master the art of calendar management, expertly scheduling appointments, virtual meetings, and conference calls across multiple time zones.

- Maintain data integrity with exceptional attention to detail, performing accurate and timely data entry across various company platforms and systems.

- Coordinate the logistics for virtual and (eventually) in-person team events, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned and executed.

- Manage digital files and documents, developing and maintaining an organized system that is easily accessible to the team.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as they arise.

- Handle inquiries with poise and resourcefulness, directing them to the appropriate person or resolving them yourself when possible.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other essential documents, ensuring they are polished and professional.

- Uphold and champion our operational best practices, constantly seeking opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows.


What You Bring to the Table

- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent experience in a professional setting will also be considered.

- Demonstrable proficiency in modern office technology suites, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you can convey information clearly, concisely, and with a professional tone.

- Unwavering organizational and time-management abilities; you know how to prioritize a demanding workload and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
