Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and videos for digital platforms.
- Develop engaging visual assets for social media campaigns, email marketing, websites, and advertising initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the creative lead and marketing team to translate project requirements and campaign goals into compelling visual designs.
- Revise and enhance existing creative assets based on feedback and performance data to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Assist in the creation of storyboards and conceptual mockups to present design ideas and visual narratives.
- Maintain and organize our digital asset library, ensuring all creative files are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Stay informed about the latest multimedia trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to keep our creative output fresh and innovative.
- Test content across various devices and platforms to guarantee a seamless and high-quality user experience.
What You Bring to the Team
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in graphic design, animation, and multimedia content creation.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- A foundational understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Basic animation and motion graphics skills, with a keen eye for timing and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you can articulate your creative concepts and welcome constructive feedback.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or a related field is highly preferred.
