We are a fast-growing digital product studio that serves e-commerce, healthcare, gaming, fintech, and media clients nationwide. Quality drives every release, and our distributed engineering group prizes curiosity, candor, and continuous learning.

Role Overview

You’ll join the release squad for several consumer-facing apps. Guided by senior testers and developers, you will design repeatable test cases, execute manual and automated checks, and provide clear, data-driven feedback to the team. Expect to work in two-week sprints, pair with UI/UX designers, and attend daily stand-ups from wherever you log in.

- Execute exploratory, regression, smoke, and usability tests on iOS and Android devices.

- Log reproducible defects in the issue tracker, including steps, screenshots, and logs.

- Verify bug fixes and track quality metrics across releases.

- Collaborate with developers to refine acceptance criteria and prevent defects upstream.

- Maintain device farm configurations and help expand automated test coverage with tools like XCTest, Espresso, and Appium.

- Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and ongoing QA process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and basic mobile architecture.

- Familiarity with test case design, bug lifecycle, and mobile debugging tools (ADB, Xcode, Charles).

- Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and clear written communication.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Extras

- Exposure to scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Kotlin.

- Hands-on experience with mobile automation frameworks or cloud device labs.

- Knowledge of accessibility and performance testing best practices.

Growth Path

Within twelve months you may own feature test strategies, mentor interns, and help shape CI/CD pipelines that push quality gates earlier. Our learning budget covers certifications like ISTQB Foundation or AWS Cloud Practitioner, enabling you to deepen specialized skills while staying versatile.
