Junior Marketing Specialist

An innovative startup focused on launching a brand of youth designer clothing is looking for a creative Junior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us establish our brand in the competitive fashion market.

Job Description: As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts to promote our new clothing line. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that engage our target audience and drive brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters to promote our brand and products.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand identity and messaging.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the organization of promotional events and fashion shows to showcase our collections.
• Assist in managing the brand's online presence, including website updates and social media engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
• Strong passion for fashion and understanding of youth culture and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Russian is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
