What You Will Do
- Translate strategic briefs into clear content calendars, paid ads, email flows, and social posts.
- Draft punchy copy, eye-catching headlines, and concise CTAs that convert browsers into buyers.
- Mine Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Meta Business Suite to monitor traffic, CTR, CAC, and ROAS—adjust levers accordingly.
- Tag, catalog, and refresh brand assets so designers and stakeholders always grab the latest files.
- Document A/B test outcomes, report wins and misses, propose next-step hypotheses.
- Support virtual events and webinars—coordinate invites, chat moderation, live-polls, and post-event surveys.
- Troubleshoot execution hiccups (broken UTM, mismatched fonts, pixel misfires)…and resolve them fast.
- Sync daily with product, sales, and customer success to keep messaging aligned across the buyer journey.
- Continuously explore emerging platforms—Threads, Bluesky, TikTok Shop—to identify untapped reach.
- Own your learning roadmap: complete HubSpot, Google Ads, and Meta Blueprint coursework within ninety days.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related STEM discipline.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience (internships count) in digital marketing, growth, or content creation.
- Fluent with at least two of these tools: Google Analytics 4, Hootsuite, Buffer, Mailchimp, Canva, Figma.
- Command of Excel or Google Sheets—pivot tables, v-lookups, basic SQL a plus.
- Strong writing portfolio showcasing clarity, creativity, and grammatical precision.
- Analytical mindset—you turn raw numbers into crisp insights, not fluffy dashboards.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and juggling multiple deadlines without dropping detail.
- Growth attitude: you crave feedback, chase experiments, celebrate micro-wins.
- Eligible to work in the United States; able to collaborate across Eastern to Pacific time zones.
