Full-time

You will become part of a results-oriented culture that thrives on innovation and operational excellence. Our team is a collaborative force, dedicated to solving the complex logistical puzzles that power commerce across diverse industries—from fast-paced e-commerce to critical healthcare supply chains. We believe in empowering our team members with autonomy and providing the tools and support necessary for profound professional growth.

Your Impact and Core Responsibilities

- Execute daily logistics and supply chain tasks to ensure uninterrupted operational flow, serving as a key point of contact for shipment-related inquiries.

- Coordinate and schedule multi-modal shipments—including Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), Full Truckload (FTL), air, and parcel—by liaising with carriers and freight forwarders to meet strict delivery deadlines.

- Proactively track and trace all active shipments, providing real-time status updates to internal teams and stakeholders, and identifying potential delays before they become major issues.

- Maintain impeccable data integrity across our logistics platforms (such as a Transportation Management System or ERP system) through accurate and timely entry of shipment details, costs, and documentation.

- Process and audit essential freight documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and proof of delivery, ensuring full compliance with internal and external regulations.

- Assist in the preparation of regular performance reports, analyzing key metrics like on-time delivery rates, carrier costs, and transit times to support strategic decision-making.

- Handle a wide range of correspondence, communicating effectively with warehouse personnel, transportation partners, sales teams, and customer service to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth operations.

- Support the broader logistics team by organizing digital files, maintaining records of purchase orders and invoices, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table

- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; you must have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy.

- Meticulous attention to detail is non-negotiable. You can spot a discrepancy in a sea of data and understand its impact on the wider operation.

- Strong problem-solving aptitude, with a proactive and resourceful approach to overcoming logistical challenges and developing effective contingency plans.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). You can articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, from truck drivers to senior management.

- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. You should be comfortable with functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data sorting for analysis and reporting.

- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, coupled with the self-discipline to work autonomously and manage your own workload effectively, especially in a remote setting.

- Adaptability and a positive attitude toward learning new technologies and processes.

- Foundational knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite).

- Basic understanding of freight terms, incoterms, and standard shipping documentation.
