Junior Learning and Onboarding Specialist
Position: Junior Learning and Onboarding Specialist for a FinTech Startup.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the creation and management of onboarding programs for new hires.
–Help design and deliver training sessions related to company culture, tools, and compliance.
– Support the development of e-learning content and resources for employee development.
– Conduct surveys and gather feedback from new employees to continuously improve the onboarding process.
– Help track employee progress and ensure smooth transitions from onboarding to full productivity.
Requirements:
– Basic understanding of employee training and onboarding processes.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
– Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
