Your Mission and Core Responsibilities

- Champion human capital initiatives by collaborating with senior HR partners on projects spanning performance management, employee development, and organizational design.

- Ensure the absolute integrity and accuracy of employee data within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), performing regular audits and generating critical reports for leadership.

- Provide essential support for the entire talent lifecycle—from assisting with recruitment coordination and onboarding new hires to helping administer career development and offboarding processes.

- Respond with empathy and precision to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, serving as a trusted and reliable first point of contact.

- Track, analyze, and report on key HR metrics and people analytics, transforming raw data into actionable insights that inform our talent strategy.

- Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture by assisting with the coordination of employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and team events.

- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (including Finance, IT, and Legal) to ensure smooth and compliant people processes across the organization.

- Meticulously document HR processes and employee updates, maintaining our commitment to clear, consistent, and accessible information.

What You Bring to the Team

- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

- Foundational knowledge of core human capital principles, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to a diverse audience.

- Familiarity with at least one major Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking System (ATS)—such as Workday, BambooHR, Lever, or Greenhouse—is highly advantageous.

- Professional certifications (like aPHR or SHRM-CP) are a plus, but not a prerequisite for this role.
