What You’ll Do
- Maintain precise employee records within modern HR tools, guaranteeing data integrity and audit readiness.
- Assist recruiters with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to accelerate hiring pipelines.
- Orchestrate new-hire onboarding—ID verifications, policy acknowledgments, workstation setup (remote or on-site), and first-week check-ins.
- Respond to team inquiries on policies, benefits, and employment law—escalating issues when necessary.
- Document and update handbook policies, ensuring alignment with federal and state regulations.
- Coordinate mandatory training (harassment prevention, OSHA, DEI) and monitor completion metrics through HR analytics dashboards.
- Track leave-of-absence cases, verify paperwork, and liaise with insurance carriers.
- Produce weekly reports on headcount, turnover, and engagement survey trends for senior HR management.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives—workflow automation, template creation, and knowledge-base expansion.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 0-2 years’ experience in HR administration, HR internship, or HR coordinator capacity.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment law (FLSA, FMLA, EEO).
- Proficiency with at least one HRIS (Workday, BambooHR, ADP, or similar) and strong Excel/Google Sheet skills.
- Clear, professional communication—verbal and written—tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines with unwavering accuracy.
