What You’ll Do
- Parse datasets from HRIS, ATS, payroll, and engagement platforms, ensuring data integrity at every step.
- Track core workforce metrics—turnover, time-to-hire, diversity ratios, learning hours—then surface trends in concise dashboards.
- Build automated weekly and monthly reports in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, reducing manual effort by 35 %.
- Assist senior analysts with predictive models (Python or R) that forecast attrition and capacity needs.
- Translate statistical findings into clear narratives for HR business partners and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain data dictionaries and governance documentation to uphold compliance with EEOC and GDPR guidance.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 0-2 years’ experience (internships welcome) in HR data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
- Familiarity with at least one BI or visualization platform—Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
