What You Will Do

- Act as the central point of contact for scheduling complex interviews, meetings, and team events across multiple time zones, ensuring a frictionless experience for candidates and internal teams.

- Champion a world-class onboarding experience for new hires—from sending welcome packages to coordinating orientation sessions—ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and prepared from day one.

- Maintain impeccable accuracy of employee data within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), such as BambooHR or Workday, handling everything from new hire entries to status changes.

- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, serving as a trusted and helpful resource.

- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team by supporting candidate communication and meticulously tracking applicant progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), like Greenhouse or Lever.

- Assist with benefits administration inquiries and support the annual open enrollment process, helping employees navigate their options with clarity.

- Help document and refine People Operations processes, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the overall employee experience.

- Support HR compliance efforts by assisting with internal audits and maintaining necessary documentation related to federal, state, and local labor laws.

- Track and report on key HR metrics to provide insights that drive data-informed decisions and illustrate the impact of our people initiatives.


What You Bring to the Table

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.

- 0-2 years of experience in an HR, recruitment, or administrative support role (relevant internships count!).

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills... you can juggle multiple priorities and shifting deadlines without breaking a sweat.

- Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.

- Superb written and verbal communication skills, with a natural knack for building rapport and conveying information clearly and kindly.

- A high degree of professionalism and the proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and an eagerness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving, fast-changing environment.

- Full proficiency with modern productivity suites, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and/or Microsoft Office Suite.


Bonus Points for

- Prior hands-on experience using an HRIS (like BambooHR, Workday) or an ATS (like Greenhouse, Lever).

- Foundational knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

- SHRM-CP or aPHR certification is a significant plus and demonstrates a commitment to the HR profession.

- Previous experience working effectively in a fully remote or distributed team setting.
