Your Impact as an HR Administrator

- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing prompt and helpful information regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures with a customer-service mindset.

- Maintain impeccable data integrity within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), processing new hires, status changes, and terminations with precision and confidentiality.

- Champion an outstanding candidate experience by coordinating the full-cycle interview process—from scheduling interviews across multiple time zones to communicating with candidates via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Play a vital role in our onboarding process, preparing new hire materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition for every new team member.

- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave-of-absence programs, ensuring employees have the information and support they need.

- Manage the digital filing of all employee-related documents, guaranteeing compliance and organization in a secure, cloud-based environment.

- Support the organization and coordination of virtual training sessions and company-wide events, helping to foster a connected and engaged remote culture.

- Contribute to various People Operations projects, such as policy updates, compliance audits, and the implementation of new HR initiatives giving you broad exposure to the strategic side of HR.


What You'll Bring to the Table

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities—you can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality.

- Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive employee data.

- Superb written and verbal communication skills; you can convey information clearly, professionally, and with empathy.

- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data management) and Google Workspace.

- A high level of discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality is absolutely essential.

- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You don’t just complete tasks; you look for ways to improve processes.

- Familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms (such as BambooHR, Workday, Lever, or Greenhouse) through coursework or internships is a significant advantage.
