Your Impact
– Maintain accurate digital personnel files in compliance with federal and state regulations.
– Schedule phone screens, panel interviews, and follow-up meetings to keep hiring momentum high.
– Prepare new-hire packets, coordinate I-9 verification, and activate system access before day one.
– Log status changes, promotions, and performance notes to support real-time analytics.
– Answer routine policy questions so managers receive fast, consistent guidance.
– Compile monthly headcount, turnover, and diversity dashboards.
– Support virtual orientation sessions, track completion of mandatory courses, and collect feedback.
– Guard sensitive data—social security numbers, compensation details, medical information—with unwavering discretion.
Daily Responsibilities
– Input employee data into HRIS, ATS, and payroll platforms with 100 % accuracy.
– Audit vacation balances, leave requests, and overtime logs.
– Draft offer letters and employment verifications using prepared templates.
– Proof benefits collateral and update intranet pages as plan terms evolve.
– File electronic documents following strict naming conventions.
– Generate ad-hoc reports for finance and compliance stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related major.
– 0-2 years of HR experience, internship or work-study included.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
– Familiarity with HRIS or payroll software (e.g., UKG, ADP, BambooHR).
– Sharp attention to detail; zero tolerance for data discrepancies.
– Discreet communicator able to handle confidential material.
– Strong customer service orientation—you enjoy solving people problems.
– Effective time-management; juggle competing deadlines without missing SLA commitments.
