What You Will Do

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring seamless daily operations and project assistance.

- Meticulously maintain and update digital and physical employee records within our systems, ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.

- Process all new hire, status change, and termination paperwork with precision and timeliness, guaranteeing a flawless employee experience.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related events, managing calendars and logistics with exceptional foresight.

- Assist with critical data entry into our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Workday or BambooHR.

- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, professionally responding to questions regarding HR policies and procedures.

- Assist in the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing materials and ensuring a positive and seamless transition for all team members.

- Uphold the highest standard of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information and personnel files.

- Support HR compliance efforts by helping with internal audits and maintaining required documentation.

- Document HR processes and create reports as needed, contributing to our knowledge base and operational efficiency.


What You Will Bring

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

- Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy in all tasks—you notice the small things.

- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you can convey information clearly and professionally.

- A strong sense of discretion and the proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities without sacrificing quality.

- A proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to learn new systems (like our HRIS) and take on new challenges.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.

- Prior internship or up to 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role is highly advantageous.

- Familiarity with modern HRIS or ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse) is a significant plus.
