Junior Graphic Designer
What You’ll Do
- Translate briefs into pixel-perfect layouts for websites, social media, email, presentations, and e-commerce assets.
- Revise mockups quickly after stakeholder feedback, maintaining visual consistency across channels.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content strategists to align graphics with user journeys.
- Research design and pop-culture trends, proposing fresh concepts that captivate Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
- Organize Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator files—naming layers, packaging fonts, archiving versions.
- Present ideas to senior designers and marketing leads, articulating rationale and design thinking.
- Experiment with motion graphics, iconography, and color systems to elevate brand storytelling.
- Continuously learn emerging tools such as Adobe XD, After Effects, and AI image generation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
- 0-2 years’ professional or internship experience producing digital assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with InDesign or Figma a plus.
- Command of typography, hierarchy, grid systems, and responsive design fundamentals.
- An online portfolio showcasing composition, color, and problem-solving skills.
- Sharp attention to detail, time-management prowess, and eagerness to accept constructive critique.
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain design choices to non-design peers.
