What You’ll Do
- Craft eye-catching social graphics, email banners, and digital ads that amplify campaign goals.
- Build print-ready collateral—lookbooks, posters, packaging—while following strict pre-press specs.
- Revise artwork based on stakeholder critique, balancing brand consistency with inventive flair.
- Translate marketing briefs into wireframes, mood boards, and polished layouts.
- Maintain and expand a centralized asset library, tagging files for fast retrieval.
- Research typography, color, and visual culture trends, then pitch findings to senior designers.
- Prepare layered PSD, AI, and INDD files for handoff to developers, printers, or motion teams.
- Present concepts to cross-functional partners during sprint reviews—defend choices with data.
- Experiment with Figma, Canva, or emerging AI image tools to accelerate production.
- Embrace iterative feedback loops; each version gets sharper, cleaner, smarter.
What Sets You Up for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 0-2 years’ studio or freelance experience building client-ready deliverables.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—plus basic Lightroom skills.
- Command of typography, grid systems, color theory, and accessibility guidelines.
- Portfolio demonstrating crisp layouts, concept sketches, and iterative evolution.
- Familiarity with Figma components, smart objects, and non-destructive editing.
- Comfortable in Mac or Windows ecosystems; you troubleshoot fonts, color profiles, and exports.
- Agile mindset—adapt when priorities shift, juggle multiple deadlines, stay composed.
- Confident verbal and written communication; you explain design logic to non-designers.
