Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and checklists to meticulously verify all aspects of game functionality, from core mechanics to user interface elements.
- Diligently search for, identify, and document software defects and gameplay issues in a clear and concise manner using bug-tracking software.
- Reproduce and validate bugs reported by others, providing additional information to assist the development team in resolving them quickly.
- Scrutinize gameplay mechanics, balance, and pacing to provide subjective feedback on the overall player experience (UX) and fun factor.
- Verify the integrity of visual and audio assets, ensuring they appear and sound as intended across various system configurations.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and producers, communicating issues and feedback in a professional and constructive way.
- Maintain detailed test logs and contribute to daily and weekly reports on testing progress and build stability.
- Support the full release cycle by performing regression, smoke, and build verification tests on new game builds.
- Learn and adapt to new testing tools and proprietary software, continuously expanding your technical skill set in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- An undeniable passion for video games and a deep understanding of various genres and platforms (PC, console, mobile).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you can systematically investigate an issue to find its root cause.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of describing complex technical issues with clarity and precision.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to accept and provide constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and concepts of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a significant plus.
- Prior experience with bug-tracking databases (such as Jira or TestRail) or other QA tools is advantageous but not required.
