Junior Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complex executive calendars, prioritizing shifting deadlines with real-time updates.
- Coordinate global video conferences, stakeholder briefings, and quarterly board meetings.
- Prepare concise slide decks, expense reports, and KPI summaries—ensuring data accuracy.
- Triage inboxes, draft polished correspondence, and uphold brand voice across channels.
- Book domestic and international travel, anticipating visa, itinerary, and budget constraints.
- Organize digital and physical files using cloud storage protocols and metadata standards.
- Track action items in project-management tools, nudging owners before tasks slip.
- Handle inbound calls and client requests, routing inquiries to the right subject-matter experts.
- Safeguard confidential information under NDA and SOC 2 guidelines.
- Contribute process-improvement ideas that automate repetitive tasks via macros or low-code workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Information Systems, or related field.
- 0–2 years of professional office experience—internships count.
- Mastery of Microsoft 365 (Excel formulas, Outlook rules, PowerPoint themes).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Trello or Asana.
- Typing speed ≥ 60 wpm and error-free data entry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; you translate jargon into plain English.
- Eagle-eye attention to detail coupled with solid time-management tactics.
- Discretion when handling proprietary data or HR documentation.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
