What You’ll Do  

- Schedule and publish social content across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest using tools such as Hootsuite and Later.  

- Create simple - but on-brand - graphics in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.  

- Track likes, shares, reach, CTR, and conversion in Google Analytics 4 and native platform dashboards.  

- Maintain a well-organized digital asset library; tag, label, and archive files for quick retrieval.  

- Collaborate daily with copywriters, designers, and paid media analysts to align posts with ongoing campaigns.  

- Document updates, draft weekly performance notes, and surface actionable insights to the wider team.  

- Ensure tone, imagery, and timing stay consistent with style guidelines and content calendars.  

- Explore new social trends, hashtags, and platform features - bring fresh ideas to sprint planning.  

- Assist with influencer outreach lists and basic community management.  

- Learn emerging media tools, automation plugins, and AI-based optimization workflows.


Must-Have Skills  

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.  

- Foundational knowledge of social media best practices - posting cadence, audience segmentation, KPI terminology.  

- Entry-level graphic design chops; comfortable with templates, color palettes, and typography basics.  

- Strong organization and attention to detail; you juggle multiple calendars without dropping deadlines.  

- Clear written and verbal communication; you can explain data trends in plain English.  

- Adaptable mindset; you pivot quickly when algorithms or priorities change.


Nice-to-Have Extras  

- Familiarity with Sprout Social, Buffer, or CoSchedule.  

- Exposure to A/B testing or multivariate creative experiments.  

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or CMS publishing.  

- Experience moderating online communities or Discord servers.  

- Interest in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush).
