Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-channel digital campaigns (email, paid social, PPC) from brief through wrap-up.
- Build and maintain editorial calendars—aligning blog, video, and social posts with launch milestones.
- Track KPIs in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Data Studio; share trend snapshots every week.
- Assist with keyword research, on-page optimization, and bid adjustments to strengthen SEO/SEM performance.
- Tag and catalog creative assets in our Digital Asset Management platform, keeping files version-accurate.
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across funnels.
- Document A/B test results and propose iterative improvements that lift conversion rates.
- Troubleshoot minor tracking-tag issues in Google Tag Manager—escalating complex bugs to engineers.
- Stay current on algorithm updates, privacy regulations, and martech tools; present insights during stand-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- 0-2 years’ experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or web analytics.
- Fundamental understanding of SEO principles, SEM bidding, and CRO methodologies.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Sheets, and at least one social scheduling platform.
- Strong written and verbal communication—you craft concise briefs and clear status updates.
- Detail-oriented mindset; you validate UTM parameters and check link integrity before launch.
- Adaptability to juggle shifting priorities in a sprint-based workflow.
- Curiosity to learn new tools (Ahrefs, HubSpot, Tableau) and apply insights swiftly.
Preferred Extras
- Google Ads or HubSpot certification.
- Exposure to HTML/CSS basics for light landing-page edits.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS environments.
