Junior Design Group Coordinator
A leading marketplace is looking for the specialist - Junior Design Group Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and feedback.
- Maintain project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates to the team.
- Organize and participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Help manage design assets and documentation, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- Support the design team in various tasks, including research, brainstorming sessions, and presentation preparation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a design coordination or administrative role, preferably within a creative environment or marketing agency.
Familiarity with design processes and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
- Expertise: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of design principles and trends.
