Key Responsibilities  

- Produce high-fidelity mockups—landing pages, social ads, email templates, packaging.  

- Revise artwork based on stakeholder comments; document version history.  

- Maintain shared libraries, style guides, and asset naming conventions.  

- Research typography, color, and layout trends; present insights in concise decks.  

- Prepare sleek presentations that translate design intent into business value.  

- Coordinate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to ensure brand consistency.  

- Learn and champion new design tools (Figma, Canva, Procreate…) to streamline workflows.  

- Proactively flag risks—missing specs, conflicting feedback, timeline clashes.  


Must-Have Skills  

- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; basic InDesign knowledge.  

- Eye for detail—kern characters, align grids, spot color shifts instantly.  

- Strong organizational habits; you keep files tidy and versioned.  

- Clear written and verbal communication; you simplify complex visual ideas.  

- Curiosity and adaptability—you iterate fearlessly and absorb critique.  


Nice-to-Have Extras  

- Familiarity with Figma or Sketch.  

- Motion graphics fundamentals in After Effects.  

- Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).  

- Experience with e-commerce imagery or lifestyle photography.
