– Document style guidelines, voice principles, and workflow processes for easy onboarding.  

– Pair with designers, marketers, and developers to align visual and written narratives.  


Must-Have Skills  

– Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.  

– 0-2 years’ experience in content creation or internships.  

– Exceptional written American English and grammar precision.  

– Familiarity with SEO best practices (keyword research, on-page optimization).  

– Basic knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Contentful.  

– Ability to interpret engagement dashboards and extract actionable insights.  

– Detail-oriented mindset; you proofread twice before hitting “publish.”  

– Collaborative spirit, comfortable receiving and integrating feedback.
