– Support press-release development—brainstorm angles, fact-check data, and polish copy in AP style.  

– Track coverage, compile weekly clippings, and summarize key insights for internal stakeholders.  

– Collaborate with designers and videographers to align visuals with brand tone.  

– Document campaign updates in shared workspaces (Notion, Confluence, or Google Workspace) for full transparency.  

– Answer basic media inquiries and route complex requests to senior teammates.  

– Organize digital assets, brand guidelines, and case studies in a searchable repository.  

– Experiment with AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly) to streamline content creation.  


What You Bring  

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.  

– 0-2 years’ professional experience—or robust internship/volunteer portfolio—demonstrating solid writing chops.  

– Familiarity with major social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok) and an eye for emerging trends.  

– Foundation in SEO concepts: keyword research, on-page optimization, basic Google Analytics reporting.  

– Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace; bonus points for HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Sprout Social exposure.  

– Meticulous attention to detail, graceful grammar, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.  

– Strong interpersonal skills; you negotiate feedback, present ideas, and listen actively.
