What You Will Do

- Serve as the dedicated primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted advisor and internal champion from the moment they are onboarded.

- Proactively communicate project updates, milestones, and relevant information to clients, ensuring complete transparency and strategic alignment with their goals.

- Diligently track, document, and anticipate client needs, challenges, and feedback using our advanced CRM systems (think Salesforce or HubSpot).

- Ensure the absolute integrity and accuracy of client data within our databases, maintaining a single source of truth that informs all client interactions and business strategies.

- Skillfully manage and resolve client inquiries and issues with remarkable speed and empathy, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary (and learning from the resolution).

- Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create a truly seamless client experience and to channel critical client feedback directly into product improvements.

- Champion client satisfaction by regularly gauging sentiment through check-ins and surveys, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance their experience with us.

- Build and maintain a powerful foundation of trust with clients through reliable communication, expert-level support, and a genuine, unwavering commitment to their ultimate success.

- Assist in the creation of client-facing materials, including progress reports and presentations, that clearly demonstrate the value we provide.


What You Will Bring

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with a distinct ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
