Your Role and Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive clerical support to various departments, acting as a reliable point of contact for administrative needs.

- Manage and execute precise data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of company records and databases.

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence—including emails and physical mail processing—with timeliness and professionalism.

- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing complex calendars, and coordinating appointments for multiple team members.

- Maintain a meticulously organized digital and physical filing system for critical documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.

- Answer and direct phone calls with exceptional professionalism and a customer-centric approach.

- Monitor and manage office supply inventory, anticipating needs and placing orders to prevent any disruption to daily operations.

- Offer general administrative support to staff, fostering a collaborative and highly efficient work environment.

- Prepare and format basic reports, presentations, and other essential documents using modern office software suites.


What You Bring to the Table

- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a significant advantage.

- Proven proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of interacting clearly and professionally with colleagues at all levels.
