Junior Campus Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site and virtual career fairs, information sessions, and hackathons—from reservation to feedback summary.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS, cleansing data after every touchpoint.
- Draft engaging student outreach messages and manage high-volume email campaigns.
- Schedule phone screens, video interviews, and onsite loops, confirming details with all stakeholders.
- Track event ROI, compile weekly dashboards, and present insights that refine the campus strategy.
- Build authentic relationships with career services, professors, and student groups, enhancing brand presence.
- Ensure every candidate receives timely updates, elevating the end-to-end candidate experience.
- Research new recruitment tools and suggest process improvements that cut lead time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Internship or 6+ months’ exposure to campus recruitment, event planning, or student organizations.
- Fluent in recruitment tooling—Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Calendly, and modern ATS platforms.
- Unshakeable organization skills; you juggle multiple events without losing detail.
- Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication; you tailor tone for Gen Z candidates and senior leaders alike.
- Data curiosity—you enjoy translating spreadsheets into actionable insights.
- Adaptability; you thrive amid shifting academic calendars and last-minute schedule swaps.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
