What You Will Do

- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through diligent market research and targeted outreach efforts.

- Initiate first contact with potential clients via multi-channel approaches, including personalized emails, strategic social media engagement, and cold calls.

- Articulate our value proposition with clarity and confidence, scheduling initial discovery meetings for senior Account Executives.

- Meticulously track all sales activities, leads, and client interactions within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data integrity.

- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and support campaign execution.

- Assist in developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, providing consistent and accurate progress reports to leadership.

- Build foundational business relationships by understanding prospective client needs and addressing their initial inquiries.

- Continuously learn and implement cutting-edge Business Development Representative (BDR) strategies to enhance your effectiveness and meet performance metrics.


Who You Are

- You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- You have a strong desire to build a successful career in sales and are driven by achieving and exceeding goals.

- An exceptional communicator—both written and verbal—you are comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels.

- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple prospecting activities simultaneously without losing focus.

- A natural problem-solver, you demonstrate adaptability and resilience when facing challenges or objections.

- While direct BDR experience is not required, any experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (including internships) is a significant advantage.

- You are a tech-savvy individual, with a willingness to quickly master new software and sales intelligence tools.

- You thrive in a collaborative environment but also possess the self-motivation and discipline to excel in a fully remote role.
