A dynamic communications agency specializing in brand strategy, marketing, and creative solutions is looking for a motivated Junior Brand Manager to join our team and support the development and execution of brand strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies for clients across various industries.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the creation of brand positioning, messaging, and identity guidelines.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and account management teams to execute campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics (KPIs, social media engagement, etc.).
  • Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for brand growth.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and client proposals.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications (internships included).
  • Basic understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [English + others if needed].
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with branding tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
