Junior Brand Designer

Remotely
Full-time

Brands evolve fast, and so will you. You’ll join an experienced creative department that guides consumer perception for tech, retail, entertainment, and lifestyle products. Remote work across U.S. time zones keeps your imagination unrestricted; optional hybrid studio days encourage in-person brainstorming when you choose.

What You’ll Do

- Design polished logos, icons, and wordmarks that scale from mobile screens to billboards.

- Update and police comprehensive style guides—colors, typography, imagery, tone—so every asset feels unmistakably “us.”

- Produce ready-to-ship graphics for digital ads, social media carousels, email headers, landing pages, and print collateral.

- Develop realistic mockups, mood boards, and presentation decks that sell concepts to stakeholders.

- Research emerging visual trends, competitor moves, and platform specs; translate insights into bold experiments.

- Iterate quickly: gather feedback, revise designs, and hit deadlines without sacrificing craft.

- Partner with copywriters, product managers, and developers to ensure design supports strategy and usability.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar field.

- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; bonus points for Figma or Sketch.

- Solid grasp of branding fundamentals—typography hierarchy, color psychology, layout grids, responsive assets.

- Portfolio that proves you can turn a rough brief into a refined system.

- Verbal and written communication skills that articulate the “why” behind every pixel.

- Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset; you welcome critique like free tuition.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver on time.

Growth Path

Today you’re shaping logos; tomorrow you could own entire brand systems or art-direct nationwide launches. Our learning budget, mentorship circles, and peer critiques accelerate that trajectory.
