Junior Brand Assistant
You will partner with senior brand managers to safeguard visual identity, analyze campaign data, and craft engaging content that resonates with target audiences. This entry-level position places you at the intersection of strategy and execution, granting visibility into every stage of brand management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update brand asset libraries, ensuring every touchpoint follows current guidelines.
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, seasonal promotions, and influencer activations.
- Draft social media captions, e-mails, and basic web copy aligned with tone of voice.
- Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) inside Google Analytics and similar dashboards; prepare weekly summaries.
- Research consumer and competitor trends, distill insights, and present concise briefs to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks with design, e-commerce, and customer success teams to keep projects on schedule.
- Document campaign learnings, maintaining a living playbook for continuous improvement.
- Experiment with emerging branding tools—AI content generators, DAM platforms, and social listening suites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with core brand concepts: positioning, voice, asset governance.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva plus basic photo editing skills.
- Comfortable writing clear, persuasive copy in American English.
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for data manipulation and pivot tables.
- Strong organizational habits—can juggle multiple briefs while meeting firm deadlines.
- Analytical mindset; able to translate numbers into actionable narratives.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies quickly.
Preferred Extras
- Internship or campus project experience in consumer goods, fashion, tech, or retail.
- Exposure to social media schedulers (Hootsuite, Later) and CMS tools (WordPress, Shopify).
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
