Your Impact and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy robust automation scripts using Python to streamline critical business processes.

- Integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning tools (like UiPath, Selenium, and other modern frameworks) to enhance automation capabilities.

- Rigorously test and validate automation workflows to ensure they are efficient, error-free, and meet strict performance benchmarks.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues within automation systems, applying systematic problem-solving techniques to find—and permanently fix—root causes.

- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for all developed scripts, processes, and system configurations.

- Participate in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing automation infrastructure, ensuring high availability and system reliability.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (including software developers, QA specialists, and business analysts) to identify new automation opportunities.

- Proactively analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks, implementing optimizations to boost speed and efficiency across the board.

- Support the deployment of automation solutions into production environments, contributing to a smooth and successful rollout.


Qualifications and Skills

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required.

- A solid foundation in Python programming, including experience with relevant libraries for automation and data handling.

- Hands-on experience or academic project work with automation tools such as Selenium, UiPath, Playwright, or similar RPA/testing frameworks.

- Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and an eagerness to apply AI principles to real-world automation challenges.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for debugging code and untangling complex technical issues.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- An understanding of system integration principles, including experience with APIs (REST, SOAP), is a significant plus.

- A continuous improvement mindset and the adaptability to learn new technologies and frameworks in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD concepts is highly desirable.
