Full-time

A multidisciplinary squad of data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts develops predictive engines for finance, healthcare, and retail clients. The culture prizes mentorship, clean code, and curiosity. You’ll work beside senior ML engineers who care as much about teaching as shipping.

What You’ll Do

- Build, test, and deploy Python micro-services that serve real-time predictions.

- Design lightweight algorithms for classification, forecasting, and recommendation.

- Collect, cleanse, and explore structured and unstructured data sets.

- Train and fine-tune TensorFlow or PyTorch models - CNNs, RNNs, transformers.

- Debug model drift, latency spikes, and edge-case failures in staging and production.

- Document experiments, hyper-parameters, and performance metrics for reproducibility.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and MLOps tools (Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS SageMaker).

- Collaborate with design, product, and analytics to translate business questions into measurable KPIs.

- Present findings in stand-ups and sprint reviews using clear, non-technical language.

- Continually optimize code for speed and memory while maintaining readability.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or closely related field.

- 0-2 years of hands-on experience with Python 3.x plus popular ML libraries.

- Coursework or projects demonstrating knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning.

- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

- Solid grasp of statistics, linear algebra, and probability.

- Comfort with SQL and at least one NoSQL store (e.g., MongoDB).

- Version-control fluency and peer code-review etiquette.

- Clear written and verbal communication: you translate math into stories.

- Growth mindset-eager to experiment, fail fast, and iterate.
