What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and route them to the right teammate within 30 seconds.
- Maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and anticipate conflicting priorities.
- Prepare, proof, and file digital documents in SharePoint, Google Drive, and local servers.
- Enter and verify data across spreadsheets, CRM records, and ERP dashboards.
- Track office supplies, create purchase requests, and coordinate vendor deliveries.
- Draft concise correspondence, memos, and meeting minutes—free of typos.
- Welcome visitors (physical or virtual) and manage conference-room logistics.
- Research customer inquiries, provide first-touch resolution, and escalate complex cases.
- Support event planning, from invitations to post-event surveys.
- Contribute improvement ideas that trim manual steps or boost accuracy.
We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher—business, communications, or related discipline preferred.
- 0-2 years of office, help-desk, customer service, or internship experience.
- Fluent English; confident written and verbal communication.
- Command of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Google Workspace.
- 45+ WPM typing speed with ≤ 3% error rate.
- Familiarity with ticketing or CRM platforms such as Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Proven multitasking, time-management, and prioritization capabilities.
- Eagle-eye attention to detail; you spot a misplaced comma at a glance.
- Empathy, patience, and a service-first attitude when assisting internal or external clients.
- Ability to work core U.S. business hours in Eastern or Central Time Zones—remote, hybrid, or onsite.
