Your Impact  

– Orchestrate calendars: schedule meetings, reserve virtual rooms, and manage time zones.  

– Maintain precise records: update spreadsheets, cloud documents, and internal databases with zero errors.  

– Coordinate logistics: organize team events, webinars, and quarterly planning sessions.  

– Manage correspondence: triage email inboxes, draft memos, and prepare slide decks.  

– Monitor supplies: track inventory, place purchase requests, and reconcile invoices.  

– Serve as first point of contact: respond to calls and messages, escalate requests, and ensure stakeholders feel valued.  

– Streamline workflows: identify bottlenecks, suggest automations, and report operational metrics.  


Requirements  

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.  

– 0-2 years’ administrative or customer service experience (internships welcome).  

– Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.  

– Accurate typing (40+ WPM) and data entry; strong attention to detail.  

– Polished written and verbal communication; comfort with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).  

– Stellar time management, prioritization, and multitasking.  

– Team-oriented mindset with the confidence to work autonomously when remote.  


Preferred Exposure  

– Basic knowledge of project management apps (Asana, Trello, Monday).  

– Understanding of finance workflows—purchase orders, expense reports, or budget tracking.  

– Interest in process automation using low-code platforms (Zapier, Power Automate).
