Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise electronic and paper filing systems that keep information accessible at a moment’s notice.
- Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate virtual sessions—ensuring calendars flow without collisions.
- Field inbound calls, triage inquiries, and relay concise messages to keep communication swift and accurate.
- Enter, audit, and update data in spreadsheets or CRM tools with 99 % accuracy.
- Draft polished emails, memos, and reports that reflect a professional, client-focused tone.
- Track inventory and submit supply requests before shortages interrupt operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or similar field.
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative or customer-facing roles.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365—Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with minimal errors.
- Stellar written and verbal communication; you tailor your message to any audience.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
Preferred Extras
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, or Asana.
- Exposure to database or CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Success supporting distributed or hybrid teams across time zones.
