What You’ll Do
- Enter, verify, and update data in spreadsheets, CRMs, and intranet portals.
- Prepare, proof, and format reports, slide decks, and internal memos.
- Answer inbound calls, triage emails, and route requests to the right stakeholders.
- Organize digital and physical files—implement naming conventions and retention rules.
- Schedule executive and team meetings, reserve conference resources, and manage virtual room links.
- Track office supplies; place cost-effective orders using approved vendors.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier pickups, and scanned documents.
- Support onboarding by assembling welcome packets, badge requests, and system access tickets.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot basic hardware or software setup issues for new hires.
- Suggest incremental process improvements through template creation or macro automation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 0-2 years of administrative, customer service, or internship experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Data entry speed ≥ 50 wpm with ≥ 98 % accuracy.
- Solid grasp of file permissions, shared drives, and cloud storage etiquette.
- Familiarity with ticketing or project tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication—clear, concise, audience-focused.
- Meticulous attention to detail; you catch formatting errors before anyone asks.
- Adaptability in dynamic, deadline-driven environments—onsite, hybrid, or fully remote.
