Key Responsibilities  

- Enter, validate, and update high-volume data in Excel and cloud databases with 99.9 % accuracy.  

- File digital and physical documents, following retention policies and privacy regulations.  

- Answer inbound calls, route messages, and resolve basic customer inquiries in under three minutes per interaction.  

- Draft and proofread emails, memos, and internal reports, ensuring grammatical excellence and brand consistency.  

- Schedule cross-department meetings, reserve conference rooms, and prepare agendas that drive actionable outcomes.  

- Monitor office supply levels, generate purchase requests, and reconcile vendor invoices.  

- Support project teams by compiling research, organizing shared drives, and tracking milestones.  

- Spot workflow bottlenecks and propose process tweaks that save time or reduce error rates.  


Required Qualifications  

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.  

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Outlook.  

- Typing speed ≥ 50 wpm with minimal errors.  

- Exceptional written and verbal communication; you tailor tone for executives, peers, and customers.  

- Keen attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities without missing deadlines.  

- Demonstrated teamwork through internships, campus projects, or volunteer work.  

- U.S. work authorization.  


Preferred Extras (Nice to Have)  

- Experience with cloud collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.  

- Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems.  

- Basic understanding of CRM or ERP platforms (Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite).
